Anyone visiting, working, or doing research on campus for more than one week should get and carry a Tulane ID.
Splash Cash funds (not Wavebuck$) are accepted at NOLAbuck$ off-campus locations, the Tulane Bookstores, Technology Connection, campus vending machines and more. Also, when a student has exhausted their allowance for computer printing, Tulane Splash Cash is the only other accepted method of payment.
Each semester, full-time undergraduate students receive $25 of print credit. Once you exhaust your print credit, you can add Splash Cash for extra printing. Our automated deposit stations accept cash 24 hours a day. Credit card deposits are accepted online.

No, Tulane Splash Card is a debit account that allows you to make purchases on campus and with selected off-campus merchants. Cash withdrawals are not allowed.
Report the lost card immediately to prevent any unauthorized use. You can report it in person to the Campus Services Office, 107 Lavin-Bernick Center, by telephone at (504) 865-5441, or by selecting Card Services in Gibson Online. Replacement cards are $30.
Broken cards are $10. Replacement of a card with normal wear and tear will not incur a charge.
Yes. Temporary employees are issued the Yellow Vendor ID that reads "Temporary Staff."
Temporary staff and vendor cards cost $30. Most departments send an interdepartmental transfer and some pay with a Tulane-issued purchasing card.
