I am an enrolled student. Why don't I see the link to upload my photo on Gibson?

Incoming first-year students starting classes during the fall semester should have received a link from our office by email with instructions on uploading a photo. Please use that link to submit your photo, or follow the instructions above.

Other incoming students starting classes in the fall will not have access in Gibson to submit photos until August 1, 2019. If you wish to upload your photo during the summer before you arrive on campus, please click here to send us a request.

How do I know if my photo upload was successful?

Once you submit your photo, we will email you within three business days to let you know that your submission was successful and your photo has been approved.

When do I receive my Splash Card?

If you do not pick-up your Splash Card over the summer, it will be at your residence hall when you arrive for check-in. Commuter and graduate students can pick up their cards in the Campus Services office in the Lavin-Bernick Center, Suite 107 when they arrive on campus.
